Project Manager
Function
- You will coordinate and monitor work, working closely with the site manager.
- You ensure the continuity of the site by scheduling and directing materials and personnel in a timely manner.
- You maintain smooth communication with suppliers and subcontractors and ensure proper follow-up of their work.
- You lead a team of colleagues and construction partners and know how to motivate them to achieve optimal results.
- You prepare and closely monitor requisition statements and settlements.
- You monitor the planning, budget and productivity of the site, and intervene in a timely manner in case of deviations.
- You oversee the quality of execution and ensure that all involved can work safely and efficiently.
- You will act as the first point of contact on site for the client, architects and construction partners, and represent the company at site meetings.
- You will supervise the entire project up to provisional acceptance, including compilation of the as-built file, and contribute to aftercare until final acceptance.
- You will report to the Technical Director on all key technical, administrative, financial and personnel aspects of the site.
Profile
- You enjoy experience as a Project Leader in the construction industry, ideally in renovation and conversion projects.
- You have a commercial attitude and pay close attention to costs.
- You know how to inspire and bring colleagues together to achieve common goals.
- You are flexible, results-oriented and strive for high-quality work.
- You are proficient in MS Office; experience with AutoCAD or other construction-oriented software is a plus.
- You are fluent in Dutch or French and English.
- You have a driving licence B and have no problem working on sites in the centre of Brussels or Antwerp.
