Are you ready to take your expertise in construction to the next level? As a Construction Project Manager in Brasschaat (province of Antwerp), you will play a crucial role in the realisation of medium-sized projects ranging from 5 to 15 million euros. Our client, a renowned contractor specialising in windproof shell construction projects and turnkey constructions, is looking for a talent like you to bring apartment complexes fully to life. You will be responsible for execution from preparation to completion. This means being on site daily, working closely with regular partners and subcontractors, motivating your teams to achieve the highest quality. No traffic jams to Brussels, no working from home; but projects that make a difference in the province of Antwerp!

Profile

To get started as a Construction Project Manager, you will possess the following:

- A degree in Engineering Construction or a relevant construction background.
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience, preferably with a large contractor.
- Strong insight and organisational skills: you understand how to execute large construction projects from A to Z.
- Hands-on mentality: you love working on execution and have been involved in each project for at least 1.5 years.
- Experience in customer support, on turnkey projects.
- The capabilities and oversight to be fully responsible for yard containers, chains and daily operations on site.
- Flexibility: both freelancers and permanent staff are welcome.
