Project manager Flemish Brabant/Brussels

Function

• Leads challenging construction projects (mainly Class 8) from planning to completion
• Directs the entire construction process together with the site manager/project coordinator
• Builds and maintains a network of subcontractors and suppliers
• Is the point of contact for architects, builders and other partners
• Monitors quality, budget and timing
• Works closely with internal experts in purchasing, BIM, estimating and woodworking

Profile

• Possessing a master's degree in structural engineering and 5-10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Strong combination of technical expertise, organisational acumen and leadership skills.
• Commercially minded, with an eye for the further expansion of the business unit and supervision of new colleagues.
• Results-driven approach focusing on planning and budget monitoring.
• Fluent communicator who facilitates cooperation between all parties involved.
