Project Manager for Villa Construction

Function

As a project manager, you’ll be in charge of your own projects and oversee them from the initial contact with the client right through to completion

• Managing villa construction projects from start to finish
• Preparing and following up on cost estimates
• Discussing quotations and guiding clients through the construction process
• Managing our own teams and subcontractors
• Monitoring the schedule, budget and quality
• Co-ordinating the various stages of construction
• Troubleshooting technical issues and making adjustments
• Consulting with architects and other stakeholders
• Ensuring a smooth handover and scheduling the necessary meetings

You will combine a strong technical approach with a commercial mindset and act as a reliable point of contact for the client throughout the entire project.

Profile

• Experience as a project manager in residential construction, with experience in villa construction
• Bachelor of Construction
• Strong technical knowledge
• Confident and persuasive in dealing with customers, with strong commercial and communication skills
• An eye for architecture and finish (the whole package has to be right for you)
• Independent and proactive
• Willing to take responsibility
• Eager to learn and with an entrepreneurial spirit
• You are fluent in Dutch and can express yourself in French and/or English
