Technical installations project manager

Function

As Technical Installations Project Manager at our company, which specialises in the construction and maintenance of fountain installations, you will be responsible for coordinating a variety of projects. You work closely with a team of experts and ensure that each project is completed on schedule and within budget. You are the central point of contact for both your team and the customer.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate and execute projects from start to finish.
• Designing and improving technical installations using AutoCAD.
• Communication with customers and suppliers mainly in Dutch and French.
• Ensure accurate administration and project documentation.
• Implement and control installations, with specific knowledge of electric motors, variable speed drives and pumps.
• Maintain safety and quality during all project phases.
• Managing and supervising technical staff on site.

Profile

• Technical background in mechanical, electrical or similar engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
• Strongly developed administrative skills.
• Hands-on mentality; willingness to take action yourself.
• Assertive: you can stand your ground and handle difficult situations well.
• Language skills: fluent in Dutch and French (speaking and writing).
• Good command of AutoCAD.
• In-depth knowledge of electric motors, variable speed drives and pumps.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
