Project Manager

Function

As project manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Maintaining close contact with clients and customers;
• Planning, organising and monitoring construction projects, both in terms of execution and budget;
• Procurement and detailed planning;
• Monitoring and ensuring safety on site and developing the necessary procedures to improve it;
• Motivating and coaching team members;
• Identify and proactively manage any risks and issues that may arise during the project, and ensure timely solutions.

Profile

Our client is looking for the following profile:

• You have at least 5 years' experience in executing large projects;
• You also possess strong soft skills and are flexible in your approach;
• You have a good command of Dutch;
• Construction processes, building materials and techniques hold no secrets for you;
• You identify problems immediately and come up with creative solutions for these;
• Experience in Class 8 is a plus.
