Roofing project manager

Function

As a roofing project manager, you will be the liaison between the office and the site. You will be responsible for following up the works, coordinating the teams, and ensuring safety on the work floor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a warm and informal working environment, where the human aspect and communication are key.

Profile

Our client is looking for someone with the following profile:

• At least five years of relevant work experience in roof works, both for pitched and flat roofs;
• Excellent command of the Dutch language, knowledge of English and French is a plus;
• You are proficient in project management;
• You have strong administrative skills;
• Your thinking is pragmatic and solution-oriented;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well together in a team;
• You have a hands-on mentality and want to help the company grow.
