HVAC project leader

Function

As an HVAC project manager, you will become part of our dynamic team. You will be responsible for a wide range of projects within HVAC techniques, ranging from large to small. Your role includes accurately preparing, organising and coordinating these projects from enquiry to completion. You will work closely with various teams and ensure efficient planning and execution.

Your duties include:

• Study and analyse incoming price requests.
• Preparation of quotations with correct estimation.
• Supervising HVAC projects throughout the entire process.
• Organising and scheduling assembly teams on own sites.
• Supervise and implement technical solutions appropriate to customer needs.

Profile

To be successful in this role, we are looking for an ambitious candidate with both technical and personal capabilities. The ideal profile:

• You have a master's degree in structural or industrial engineering, or a bachelor's degree in air-conditioning.
• Preferably, you have initial working experience within HVAC techniques.
• You are responsible, flexible and show high motivation.
• You have strong commercial and leadership skills and function well in a team.
• You are familiar with current software packages.
• You communicate clearly and effectively.
• Knowledge of Autocad or Revit is a plus.
