HVAC project leader

Function

• You coordinate the day-to-day operations on site
• You guide and motivate the execution team
• You oversee the quality of the work carried out
• You verify that everything complies with plans, specifications and applicable standards
• You monitor the planning and make adjustments where necessary
• You provide technical support during the execution of HVAC projects
• You are responsible for compliance with safety regulations
• You ensure the correct and successful completion of the project
• You report to the project team and closely monitor site administration

Profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience in the HVAC sector
• You have knowledge of HVAC and a basic knowledge of electricity is a plus
• You have experience as a site manager and thorough technical knowledge
• You work accurately and think in a solution-oriented way
• You are a team player and can guide people in a positive way
• You communicate fluently at different levels
• You carefully monitor sites and deadlines
