Project Manager

Function

• You will design and create your own customised product, supported by the production workshop.
• You will bring your design to life on site: you will take measurements on site, consult with the other stakeholders and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
• You will prepare execution plans yourself and discuss technical details with the construction team.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your project is completed from A to Z.
• You will create a practical schedule tailored to the project and also keep a close eye on the budget.
• You will work on projects spread all over Flanders (mainly East and West Flanders), with a strong focus on the coastal region and a nice mix of both renovation and new construction projects.

Profile

• You obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction engineering or a similar field.
• Experience in the construction industry is a great asset.
• You have a strong technical baggage.
• You have a high sense of responsibility and work in a meticulous and quality-oriented manner.
• You like varied projects.
• You enjoy working independently, taking and putting your all into achieving peak results.
• Drawing experience in AutoCAD 2D is nice.
