Project leader construction

Function

As a Construction Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the entire lifecycle of various construction projects, from preparation to handover. Your duties will include, amongst other things:

• Responsible for managing and monitoring multiple construction projects
• Drawing up and maintaining realistic project schedules and budgets, whilst keeping quality objectives in mind
• Managing and supporting colleagues and external partners throughout the project
• Act as the point of contact for clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Identifying potential risks and responding appropriately to changes in the work
• Monitoring compliance with safety measures, regulations and sustainable working practices
• Providing regular updates to management on progress, financial status and final results

Profile

• You have completed a bachelor’s or graduate degree in architecture, civil engineering or a related field
• You have three to five years’ experience as a project manager or in a similar role within the construction industry
• You are good at planning and organising, and you communicate easily with a wide range of people
• You have an interest in financial and contractual matters
• You work thoughtfully under pressure, tackle challenges in a focused manner and are not afraid to make decisions
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
