Project Manager
Function
As Project Manager within the engineering department, you are the strategic and technical anchor. You maintain an overview of the entire portfolio of current projects and ensure that everything runs as planned: on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards. You divide the projects among our project leaders, support them where necessary and act as point of contact for colleagues, clients and other stakeholders. You manage, guide and support the engineering department and create an environment in which team members dare to speak up and can count on each other. You promote a culture of cooperation, openness and trust.
- Technical questions? You think with us.
- Planning stress? You keep a cool head.
- Conflicts? You know how to solve them professionally and humanely.
In your role, you combine leadership with technical knowledge, organisational talent and a good dose of people skills. You spot risks even before they appear, make adjustments where necessary and always remain solution-oriented. In addition, you not only monitor the end product, but also the process leading up to it. You organise 3D reviews, check plans and ensure that what we deliver is solid as a rock.
