Project engineer E&I

Function

As a Project Engineer E&I, you will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of projects in the field of electricity and instrumentation. Your duties include:

• Preparation of an overall design to be presented to the customer, both instrumentation and electrical.
• Coordinating and planning your own range of tasks and various projects.
• Monitoring and controlling the implementation of various projects.
• Placing orders and putting together packages for execution.
• Deciding on specifications, design, solutions and cost savings.
• Liaise with purchasing, site managers and the customer.

Profile

To be considered as a Project Engineer E&I, you will meet the following requirements:

• You have a graduate, bachelor's or master's degree in Electromechanics or a relevant technical field, unless you have years of relevant experience.
• You have an instrumental background and a good knowledge of electricity.
• You are safety-conscious and have a great sense of responsibility.
• You are motivated and flexible.
• You hold a VCA-full certificate or are willing to obtain one.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
• You are proficient in both English and Dutch, both orally and in writing.

Organisation

Our client is engaged in optimising industrial processes. They offer consultancy, design, realisation and maintenance of industrial processes and installations in various sectors. Specifically, they are active in E&I, IT, Automatiserin, Piping & Mechanics. This position is specifically situated in their E&I branch. Furthermore, they are part of a larger group. For their Zwijndrecht branch, they are currently looking to strengthen the team in the form of an E&I Project Engineer.
