We are looking for a Service Engineer Lifting Equipment for a dynamic and international client specialising in innovative solutions for height work and lifting equipment.
As a Service Engineer Lifting Equipment, you will be responsible for maintaining, inspecting, repairing and installing lifts, hoists and motorised hanging racks for a variety of applications. You will hit the road in a fully equipped company car and visit all kinds of exciting locations: from business premises to iconic buildings.
Concrete tasks:
- Independently or with colleagues install, dismantle and maintain lifting systems, lifts and permanent façade installations.
- Solving technical problems in the field of mechanics and electricity.
- Giving brief training and instruction to users on the operation and safe use of installations.
- Provide quality service, including administrative reporting of works carried out.
- Customer-oriented communication, analysing technical needs and recommending the best service solutions.
- Regular consultation with the team.
- Strictly follow the latest safety regulations and contribute to the optimal operation of all installations.
Profile
For this vacancy, we are looking for enthusiastic people with a technical background.
- You have a technical education (electricity, electromechanics or mechanics) or equivalent experience.
- Affinity with lifting techniques, lifts or industrial installations is a strong plus.
- You are a plant leader, solution-oriented, customer-oriented, flexible and communicative.
- You are not afraid to go on the job alone and are not afraid of heights.
- Working outdoors and at height does not scare you away, regardless of the weather.
- You have a driving licence B.
- You can work fluently in both Dutch and French; knowledge of English is welcome.
