Project Engineer
Function
As Project Engineer at Tielt-Winge, Flemish Brabant, Belgium You will support a wide range of projects from preparation through to completion. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure that planning, quality and progress are aligned.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, monitoring and providing administrative support for projects.
- Drawing up and monitoring schedules, action points and technical documentation.
- Help analyse project requirements and translate them into concrete actions.
- Coordinating communication between the parties involved and identifying any deviations or risks.
- Providing support with reporting, monitoring progress and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Contributing to process improvements and optimising the project approach.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience in a varied role within project management, where independence, accuracy and a pragmatic approach are key.
Profile
For this role, we are looking for a candidate with 0 to 3 years’ experience who is keen to develop their skills further in project engineering. You combine a keen desire to learn with a structured approach to your work and good communication skills.
Typical requirements are:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering, industrial or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Basic knowledge of project monitoring, planning and administrative reporting.
- Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work professionally with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with project management tools would be an advantage.
- A proactive, meticulous and solution-oriented approach to work.
An affinity for technical environments, organisation and coordination is an asset. You are keen to learn and take on responsibility within a dynamic project environment.
