Project Engineer

Function

On behalf of our client we are looking for a Project Engineer for the region Aalst, East Flanders. In this role, you’ll contribute to a wide range of technical projects, enabling you to quickly build up broad expertise and gain exposure to various sectors and project environments. You will support projects from start-up to handover, working closely with clients, fellow consultants and in-house experts. You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility independently, whilst at the same time being part of a strong community of engineers.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for a motivated engineer with a technical background and a keen interest in project work. You do not need to have years of experience, but you must be ready to take on responsibility and develop your skills further within a consultancy environment.

Your profile:

  • you hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical subject;
  • you have at least 2 years’ relevant experience;
  • you communicate fluently in Dutch, both verbally and in writing;
  • you are willing to travel up to approximately one hour from your home, including traffic;
  • You can work both independently and as part of a team;
  • you are analytical, results-oriented and take responsibility;
  • You are keen to learn and want to further develop your technical knowledge;

For certain projects, additional technical experience may be required, for example in HVAC, site management or project supervision in an international context.

On behalf of one of our clients, which specialises in consultancy and project sourcing, we are looking for a Project Engineer in the East Flanders region. Our client is an engineering firm operating across a wide range of sectors, which means that, as a consultant, you will build up extensive knowledge.
