Project Engineer

Function

As a Project Engineer, you will contribute to fire safety projects for industrial and complex buildings. You will support the Project Manager during the engineering and preparation phase and ensure that projects are prepared correctly and efficiently from a technical perspective.

Your duties:

• Preparation of technical dossiers and implementation plans
• Preparing 2D/3D drawings and carrying out hydraulic calculations
• Preparing material requirements and procurement files
• Analysing customer files and technical specifications
• Drafting and following up on quotations and contracts
• Working with project managers, draughtsmen and other specialists
• Carry out occasional site visits to gather technical information

Profile

For this role, we are looking for a Project Engineer with a keen interest in technical project preparation. You will have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electromechanics or equivalent technical experience. Experience in industry or construction would be an advantage.

In addition, you possess:

• Experience with AutoCAD
• Knowledge of Revit and BIM 3D modelling is an advantage
• Experience in producing 2D and 3D drawings
• An interest in technical calculations, planning and project documentation
• An analytical and structured approach to work
• A proactive attitude and a sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• An excellent command of Dutch and a good command of English and/or French
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €5,700, depending on experience
• Fully electric commercial vehicle
