Production manager SME insurance

Function

• Managing your own customer portfolio
• Full dossier follow-up from A to Z (without claims management)
• Requesting and processing information from customers and insurers
• Telephone contact with customers for follow-up and administrative processing
• Working with commercial colleagues in charge of advice and sales
• Taking into account specificities by sector (e.g. BA operations)
• Contributing ideas on efficient file management and structure within the team

Profile

• Experience within insurance (preferably production management) is a must
• You work in a structured way and keep an overview of multiple dossiers
• You are a real team player and strengthen an already strong team
• You communicate fluently and dare to speak to customers over the phone
• You have a good basic French and English and dare to use them
• You bring immediate added value and do not need to be trained from scratch

Organisation

Our client is an insurance agency with a strong reputation and a well-developed team within production management. You will join a shift of around 7 colleagues, where there are both experienced and developing employees. This mix ensures knowledge sharing, but also a clear expectation that new colleagues will be able to rotate in independently.

Within the office, there is a strong focus on cooperation and quality. There is a clear division of roles between commercial staff and file managers, allowing you to focus on correct and efficient follow-up of files.
