Production planner
Function
For our client in Bocholt We are looking for a Production planner. In this role you translate demand, available materials, stock and production capacity into a feasible planning schedule for our client's production site.
You are also responsible for the following tasks:
- The production planning forms your compass: you monitor the coherence between production conditions, stocks, capacity and agreed deadlines.
- On a daily basis you monitor progress and make adjustments when deliveries are delayed, priorities change or a production line is temporarily unavailable.
- You make bottlenecks visible early and align solutions with various internal departments to keep the material flow and delivery reliability at the required level.
- You process and maintain planning and production data in the ERP system and contribute to reliable reporting and accurate production administration.
- You communicate changes clearly to the departments involved. This ensures colleagues are informed in good time about what is changing and which priorities apply.
- You analyse recurring issues together with the teams involved. You help improve working agreements, processes and data quality in a growing production environment.
Profile
For the role of Production planner at our client’s premises in Bocholt we are looking for a precise and committed professional with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in production planning, supply chain, material planning or a comparable role within a production environment.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's level of thinking and working in logistics, supply chain, business administration or a comparable field, or equivalent through relevant experience.
- Planning, organising and setting priorities are among your strengths.
- Experience with an ERP system is important; knowledge of stock or planning software is an added advantage.
- You communicate clearly with various departments, raise risks in a timely manner and maintain oversight when circumstances change rapidly.
Organisation
Our client is a growing, internationally active production organisation in Limburg with a strong focus on quality, efficiency and reliable logistics processes. From the Belgian site, products are shipped to domestic and international markets, with correct handling of transport, export, customs and excise formalities at the centre of operations. You will join a professional environment where collaboration, initiative and continuous improvement are valued, and where you contribute alongside a committed team to smooth logistics operations.
Offer
For the position of Production planner offers our client in Bocholt the following package:
- An attractive and market-competitive salary between €3,500 and €4,000, tailored to your experience and relevant expertise.
- Meal vouchers of €10 per day worked
- A group insurance policy as a supplement to your salary package.
- 12 ADV days on top of your statutory holiday allowance, so you can organise your work and private time effectively.
- A role with broad contacts across production, logistics, warehouse and supply chain. This gives you a clear view of the entire production chain and allows you to steadily build your expertise as a planning specialist.
- A responsible role as Production Planner in Bocholt within a growing production organisation with international sales and a professional, collaborative working environment.
- Room to propose improvements, help refine processes and continue to develop within an organisation that keeps growing in scale and professionalisation.
