Pricing & Tender Analyst

Function

• Analysing customer enquiries and developing logistics solutions, pricing proposals and commercial concepts;
• Managing the entire tender process: from the initial enquiry, analysis and documentation through to finalising and following up on proposals;
• Preparing price calculations, cost analyses and budget simulations;
• Co-ordinating internal project teams and gathering accurate input from all relevant stakeholders;
• Analysing internal cost structures to determine competitive and profitable pricing;
• Developing alternative calculation methods and optimisations to provide efficient solutions;
• Checking and validating data provided to ensure the quality of quotations and analyses;
• Building and maintaining a database containing relevant information on costs, customer feedback, market developments and pricing insights;
• Report on finalised concepts and contribute to the continuous improvement of pricing processes and commercial strategies.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Background in logistics
• Strong analytical skills and experience in data analysis
• Organised, meticulous and strong in administrative matters
• Strong command of Dutch and English; any additional languages are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and operating systems
