Prevention consultant Level 2

Function

As Prevention Advisor, you will play an important role in supporting and implementing prevention and welfare policies.

Your responsibilities include:

• Support the development and monitoring of prevention policies and safety procedures
• Advising management and employees on safety, welfare and working conditions
• Participate in risk analyses and prevention measures
• Raising staff awareness around safety culture
• Support incident investigations and follow-up action plans
• Participate in internal audits and safety rounds
• Reporting to the senior prevention adviser

The position is mainly operational and supportive, with you being close to the shop floor.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a candidate who recognises the following points:

• At least 2 years' experience in a role within prevention or well-being at work
• You have a strong personality and a firm footing
• You can address and convince employees around safety
• You work proactively and in a structured way
• You communicate fluently with different levels within an organisation
