Transport planner

Function

Are you an organisational talent with an interest in transport? As a Dispatcher Transport, you will work from Halle in a dynamic recycling and transport company. In this role, you will take on the planning of tipping trucks, where you will be responsible for coordinating sand transports, including loading and unloading at various locations. You will also deal with damage claims. Flexible communication skills and problem-solving abilities are important here. Work continues from 10am to 6pm or 10.30am to 6.30pm. Your duties may also include conducting job interviews in due course.

Profile

To be successful as a Dispatcher Transport, you preferably possess the following:

• 0-3 years' experience in planning, transportation or similar role; experience in engineering or construction-related planning is an advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French.
• Dexterity in Excel and using various platforms.
• Very good organisational and communication skills; articulate and flexible in negotiations.
• Knowledge of PC226 and experience in sand and soil transport is a great advantage.
