Personal Banker

Function

You will build up your own client portfolio step by step and develop into a fully-fledged adviser to high-net-worth individuals.

• You will advise clients with assets ranging from approximately €100,000 to €1 million
• You manage and develop your own portfolio
• You take a proactive approach: every customer is contacted at least once a year
• You schedule 3 to 4 high-quality meetings every day
• You translate complex subject matter into clear advice
• You’ll start in reception and progress through various stages to become a personal banker
• You will undertake an intensive training programme (including in Brussels)

Profile

They aren’t looking for a traditional banker here. They want someone with drive.

• You have a commercial mindset and see opportunities
• You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex matters in simple terms
• You work in a structured manner and keep your schedule organised
• You can work independently and take responsibility
• You have ambitions to progress within the banking sector
• You’re full of drive and want to be part of a high-performing team
• Experience is a bonus, but not essential
