Function

• Advising around instalment loans, professional loans and home loans (biggest focus)
• Eventually possibly getting involved in professional credit
• Support at the counter in the absence of colleagues
• Support administrative processes and day-to-day banking
• Detecting opportunities and engaging in cross-selling to help build the portfolio
• Building long-term relationships with customers by actively and solution-oriented thinking (also with colleagues)
• Opportunity for sporadic contact with local independents (not compulsory)

Profile

• You have an education within a financial field or already a first experience
• You are spontaneous, communicative and commercially minded
• You enjoy working together and easily approach colleagues
• You will be given freedom and take responsibility in this
• You don't have to be an expert yet, but want to grow in credits

Organisation

Our client is an independent office within Crelan and combines banking and insurance activities. The team consists of 13 employees and has experienced strong growth in recent years. You will join a stable, local environment where cooperation and personal contact are key and where there is no “ivory tower”.
