Outside Sales Air

Function

• You actively recruit new customers and schedule sales calls.
• You assess customer potential and win offers.
• You build strong and long-term customer relationships.
• You increase gross profit and increase market share.
• You closely monitor quotations and customer relations.
• You report in MS Dynamics.
• You provide customised solutions based on customer needs.
• You manage opportunities and risks to protect the company's interests.

Profile

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position as outside sales air freight.
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Dutch, English and French.
• Good knowledge of air freight forwarding (import, export and consolidation)
• Strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to proactively exploit opportunities.
• A results-oriented attitude and proven track record in sales performance.
• A driving licence and willingness to work on site.
