What does the job entail?

As office manager, you are responsible for the further development and daily operation of your office. You take initiative, detect commercial opportunities and ensure that clients can rely on personal and professional advice.

Specifically, you will:

• manage and grow your own local bank branch;
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships;
• advises customers around banking solutions, insurance and financial products;
• Actively attract new customers and exploit commercial opportunities;
• Managing, motivating and coaching a small team;
• Watches over the smooth, professional operation of the office;
• make your office visible within the local community.

• You have a strong commercial drive and get energy from customer contact.
• You think like an entrepreneur and see opportunities in the local market.
• You are customer-oriented, reliable and communicatively strong.
• You have an interest in banking, insurance and financial services.
• You enjoy taking responsibility and can motivate people.
• Experience in a commercial or managerial position is a plus.
• PCP and/or insurance broker certifications are nice to have, or you are willing to obtain them.
• You are in touch with the local community and want to actively build your network there.
