Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

Function

As Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, you will work closely together with about 14 colleagues from the technical department, where you will be responsible for everything concerning maintenance.

Below is a sample of your duties:

• Responsible for setting up and maintaining maintenance plans for new installations.
• Help define the overall maintenance strategy and ensure its follow-up.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and possibly other external parties in the new maintenance plans and instructions.
• Maintain and update documentation.
• Technical installation manager for part of the site where you also identify where there is a need for investment.
• You will act as technical contact in troubleshooting, projects, quality, safety and production.
• Initiate, execute and follow up on failure investigations (RCFA), you suggest improvements where possible.
• You take safety, environmental and quality issues into account when performing your duties.
• Support projects, initiated from Project Engineering, and lead own maintenance projects.
• Perform safety or quality audits and supervise customers or external auditors (ISO, VDMA, etc.).

Profile

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• Minimum possession of a Bachelor's degree in a technical field. Ideally Electromechanics or related.
• Already a first working experience in a technical maintenance environment.
• You have experience in HVAC, utilities, measurement and control technologies, ...
• Knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Good knowledge of both Dutch and English.
