HVAC Engineer
Function
As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimising the HVAC installations on site.
- You will help implement and modify HVAC installations to keep improving quality requirements.
- You perform structured project management to deliver projects within the set scope, time and budget.
- You will also act as HVAC site supervisor from start-up to project completion, including following up with contractors and monitoring safety.
- You will draft technical specifications and create machine files for the components used within the HVAC installations. Close collaboration with various departments such as maintenance, production, EH&S and process engineering to meet their expectations.
- Besides technical advice for HVAC installations, you will support the maintenance team in preventive and corrective tasks, perform risk analyses and investigate anomalies within HVAC systems.
- Compliance with safety, environmental and quality standards is crucial and keeps business performance high.
- You will join a team of project engineering employees with whom you will jointly ensure the construction, maintenance and further expansion of the chemical production installations.
Profile
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Engineer with the following qualifications:
- A master's degree in a technical field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Expertise in HVAC systems, with additional experience in electrical, utilities and measurement and control technologies.
- Technical knowledge combined with a hands-on mentality.
- Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, MS Projects, Autocad.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Organisationally strong, problem-solving skills and attention to safety, environment and quality....
- Hands-on attitude in which you are always problem-solving.
- Skill in managing contractors and working as part of a team.
- Accurate and service-oriented approach.
- You can think and work multidisciplinary and have a healthy team spirit.
