Logistics clerk

Function

As a Logistics appointee, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• Coordinate and monitor transport assignments with focus on correct execution;
• Identify and resolve anomalies (such as damage, delays and shortages);
• Function as first point of contact for both customers and internal departments;
• Handling complaints and claims files according to established procedures;
• Ensure accurate administrative tracking and reporting;
• Proactively contribute to the optimisation of processes and quality.

Profile

As a logistics clerk, you have the following competencies:

• You master NL and FR fluently spoken and written // ENG dare to use // other languages are an added bonus;
• You are service and customer-focused;
• Fluent communicator in dealing with both external and internal staff;
• You can be flexible;
• Being solution-oriented is you;
• You already have experience as a logistics clerk/customer service, in the industry is a nice plus.
