Logistics Supervisor

Function

What will you do?

• Processing and checking all the necessary information relating to incoming and outgoing goods flows
• Communicating with customers and suppliers about logistics activities and operational status
• Processing, checking and analysing logistics data in the ERP system
• Representing the logistics department during audits carried out by public authorities and clients, and during client visits
• Preparing and compiling logistics reports
• Updating and drafting standard operating procedures (SOPs, WRKIs) and investigation reports, and carrying out root cause analyses and CAPAs
• Planning and supervising material handlers, including active participation in shift handover procedures
• Organising and chairing monthly toolbox meetings with the team
• Education and training of material handlers
• To assist and stand in for the Logistics Officer where necessary

Profile

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's level of education
• You have a good command of both Dutch and English
• Knowledge of MS Dynamics or similar ERP systems is an advantage
• Experience with cGMP and GDP guidelines is an advantage
• You think in terms of solutions and are good at organising
• You are willing to work within a two-shift system
