Logistics Operations Specialist

Function

• You ensure that international TRANSCON shipments run smoothly and on time
• You manage data, files and Track & Trace in our systems
• You interact with customers, colleagues and suppliers on a daily basis
• You arrange correct invoicing and follow up deliveries & customs clearance
• You monitor KPIs, procedures and compliance (yes, that's part of it too )
• You think about smarter processes and improvements

Profile

• First experience in logistics or a strong interest in growing in it
• Basic knowledge of logistics (Incoterms are a plus, not a must)
• You are structured, proactive and a real team player
• You are digitally proficient (Excel, Outlook, systems you learn quickly)
• You speak English and Dutch or French fluently (additional languages = bonus)
• You communicate clearly and professionally, internally and externally
