Inside Sales (Junior)

Function

Your responsibilities

• You are the first point of contact for customers and provide professional advice.
• You analyse customer enquiries and draw up bespoke quotations.
• You will actively follow up on quotations and support the sales process from start to finish.
• You will process orders and ensure that the necessary administrative follow-up is carried out correctly.
• You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• You will help develop ideas for commercial campaigns and opportunities within existing customer relationships.
• You ensure smooth communication between all parties involved.

Profile

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in an internal sales role.
• You are customer-focused, have strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
• You are interested in technical products and solutions.
• You work with precision and keep track of everything, even when handling several cases at the same time.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch.
• You take the initiative and enjoy working independently as part of a close-knit team.
