Internal Technical Support

Function

• You will help expand the after-sales service for both B2B and B2C customers in the Benelux and be their first point of contact.
• You will act as a pivotal figure between the internal technical department and the customer and ensure smooth communication.
• Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
• You will support both customers and technicians so that everyone can work efficiently.
• Thanks to your efforts, customers can seamlessly monitor the performance of their energy installations (such as solar panels, batteries and charging stations) online.

Profile

• You are fluent in Dutch and have a good basic French.
• You have a technical degree or equivalent experience.
• You can work independently and also function strongly as part of a team.
• You have good communication skills and fluently switch between different stakeholders.
