Junior Quantity Surveyor

Function

At our client’s company, you’ll have the opportunity to play a vital role in our projects as a junior quantity surveyor. You’ll translate clients’ requirements into high-quality and accurate quotations. In doing so, you’ll work closely with the sales department and liaise externally with clients, architects, engineering firms and subcontractors. Don’t worry – you can always rely on the expertise of your line manager and the engineering department. You’ll coordinate and oversee the entire process during the quotation and design phases, and ensure a smooth handover of the project to the site manager for implementation. Location: Limburg!

Profile

What do you need to take on this challenge?

• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in a construction-related field. School leavers are more than welcome!
• Precision and a keen eye for detail come naturally to you.
• You work independently and are a real team player.
• Strong technical insight and analytical skills are high on your list.
• You have a thorough knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
