Internal Sales Engineer

Function

Our client is looking for an Internal Sales Engineer who plays a key role in translating customer requests into technical solutions, quotations and layouts. You will combine technical knowledge with administrative accuracy and support the sales team in the entire sales process.

Your duties will include:

• Preparation of technically correct and commercial offers for machines and production lines
• Translating customer requirements into machine configurations, layouts and technical drawings (2D/3D)
• Support the sales team by preparing, checking and explaining technical information
• Collaborate with engineering, service and operations to validate details
• Carefully follow up on open technical questions and provide timely answers
• Actively participate in improving tools, processes and documentation

Profile

Our client is looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

• Technical background (mechanical engineering, industrial design, automation or similar)
• Smooth understanding and creation of drawings and layouts
• Accurate and structured with strong administrative skills
• Good knowledge of Excel and Word
• Strong in communication and able to explain technical information clearly
• Team player, but also independent and good at planning
• Flexible and stress-resistant
