Insurance advisor

Function

As SME consultant you will be the first point of contact for corporate clients. You assist entrepreneurs with their insurance questions, from quotation to policy management and file follow-up.

What you do:

• You assist customers from quotation to policy preparation and file updates.
• You offer personalised advice of SMEs and the self-employed.
• You will communicate with customers and insurers on a daily basis via phone, mail and face-to-face.
• You are responsible for a own customer portfolio and contributes to customer satisfaction.
• You actively collaborate with colleagues to optimise service and service delivery.
• You will build strong professional relationships with customers as well as insurance partners.

Profile

We are looking for a experienced and customer-oriented insurance professional with knowledge of risk management and advice to entrepreneurs.

Your profile:

• You have experience in insurance, preferably within the SME branch.
• You are communicatively strong and customer-oriented.
• You work accurately, structured and independently.
• You are proactive and actively contribute solutions and advice.
• You know Microsoft Office; experience with insurance software (such as Brio) is a plus.
• You feel at home in a close-knit team and love committed collaboration.
