In this role:

• Advise customers personally and always find the best solution
• Manage files accurately, from new policies to claims
• See commercial opportunities and come up with creative solutions
• Build strong relationships and help customers who come in or call spontaneously
• Support colleagues with administration and internal processes
• Communicate smoothly with customers and partners, and maintain an overview
• Remain calm and solution-oriented, even at peak moments

This position is ideal for those who are energised by variety, speed and customer contact, and can function well in an environment where a lot is happening at once.

Profile

• You have an interest in insurance (Bachelor/Master's degree) and at least 2 years' experience
• Commercial acumen and accuracy are in your DNA
• You have strong communication skills: clear, friendly and persuasive
• You like a lively, varied environment and remain calm under pressure
• You think proactively and take initiative to support customers and the team
