Function

For a stable and human insurance agency, we are looking for a new colleague to focus on BOAR insurance for private customers. You will join an office where people know each other, help each other and enjoy working together. The atmosphere is warm, the lines are short and you can communicate openly, also with the managers.

This is an environment where your opinion counts. Proposals are listened to and initiative is really appreciated. So no hard commercial pressure, but an office where correct advice, trust and helping clients move forward in a good way are key.

You will start in a position with a focus on private files. In time, there is room to grow further towards companies, if you so wish, but that is certainly not a must. They are mainly looking for someone who feels comfortable in a position with client contact, dossier follow-up and close cooperation with colleagues.

What will you do?

As an Insurance Clerk, you will be a key point of contact for customers with questions about their insurance policies. You will follow up files, process administration correctly and ensure that customers are helped in a clear and friendly manner.

Specifically:

  • you manage insurance files of private customers
  • you help customers with questions concerning BOAR-insurance
  • you process changes, requests and administrative follow-up correctly
  • you have regular telephone contact with customers
  • you ensure clear communication and smooth follow-up
  • you think along with the customer and ask the right questions
  • you work closely with colleagues within the office

Profile

For this position, we are looking for someone who enjoys collaboration, communicates clearly and brings maturity to case management and customer contact.

Important in this role:

  • you hold at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
  • you have at least 2 years' experience in insurance
  • you communicate fluently, friendly and professionally
  • you are a good listener and dare to ask questions
  • you work accurately and in a structured way
  • you bring calmness and maturity to your approach
  • you are punctual, loyal and collegial
  • you have a digital mindset

You will fit in best here if you enjoy being part of a team, communicate openly and are energised by colleagues who support each other. Someone who thinks along and comes up with their own proposals will also feel good here.
