For a banking and insurance firm, we are looking for someone looking for more than just a new position. We are looking for an insurance profile with gusto, commercial flair and the ambition to eventually take up a key role within our client's office.

Maybe you already have several years of experience in insurance and feel you are ready for the next step. Maybe you even already have experience in corporate insurance or have built a nice network. Or maybe you are still a little earlier in your career, but have the right foundation, drive and ambition to grow strongly.

Either way, if you like to really help customers move forward, think commercially and feel like helping to build a long-term story, this could be a really great opportunity.

You start as an employee, so you get to know the office, the clients, the colleagues, the portfolio and the way of working well. From there, together they look at how your role can evolve further.

What will you do?

You will be a key point of contact for clients in terms of insurance. You will listen to their needs, think about their situation and look for solutions that fit their life, family or business.

Within this banking environment, you are close to the customer. You build trust, maintain long-term relationships and detect commercial opportunities naturally. You follow up files correctly, communicate clearly and ensure that customers feel well supported.

Depending on your experience, you can take on more responsibility more quickly. Do you already have a strong background in insurance or corporate insurance? Then you will be given the space to put that expertise to immediate use. Do you still have room for growth? Then you will get the chance to continue learning and develop step by step.

In time, this position may evolve into a more entrepreneurial role. A possible entry as a co-partner is possible. The timing is not fixed and depends entirely on you as a candidate: your experience, knowledge, ambition, background and, of course, the click with the office. With the right match, much is negotiable.

Profile

We are looking for someone with a solid interest in insurance and the ambition to continue building a future within this field. This could be someone with a bit more experience already, but equally someone with a first relevant experience and a lot of potential.

You recognise yourself in the following:

• You have at least a bachelor's degree.
• You have a good basic knowledge of insurance.
• You have initial experience within insurance; more extensive experience is obviously a great asset.
• You are commercially minded and get energy from customer contact.
• You communicate smoothly, professionally and in a warm manner.
• You ensure that customers feel heard, understood and well served.
• You work accurately and take responsibility in your files.
• You think proactively and spot commercial opportunities.
• You are entrepreneurial and want to help build the growth of the office.
• You have the drive to develop yourself further within insurance.
• Experience in corporate insurance is a definite plus.
• An existing network within insurance is nice to have.
