Function

• Managing and following up claims files from A to Z (private individuals)
• Administrative processing and follow-up of insurance policies (production)
• Managing the general mailbox and distributing/following up incoming queries
• Welcoming clients and first point of contact within the office
• Telephone and written contact with customers and insurers
• Gathering information and ensuring correct dossier construction
• Working in an alternating role between claims, production and reception
• Actively think with colleagues and contribute to smooth operations

Profile

• Experience within insurance (claims and/or manufacturing) is a strong asset
• You work in a structured way and maintain an overview, even under heavy workloads
• You are communicative and customer-oriented
• You think along and take initiative
• Team player in a horizontal structure without hierarchy
• Socially-minded and you get energy from contact with people
• You do not need to have a pure commercial drive, but sense opportunities

Our client is an insurance agency with strong local roots and a broad range of services (private individuals, companies and industry). The firm grew strongly in recent years through acquisitions and today has a team of about 20 employees.

Recently, the banking activity was hived off to a separate location, but the cooperation is maintained. Within the insurance office, people work in teams, with a horizontal structure and no individual targets. The focus is on a common goal and cooperation.
