Insurance Claims Administrator in Duffel
Function
Your function:
You will be responsible for the administrative management of insurance files, covering both new business and claims. Your duties will include:
- Administrative management and monitoring of insurance files;
- Provide professional assistance to customers with enquiries regarding their insurance policies;
- Monitoring claims and production files;
- Correct processing of documents and policy amendments;
- Working closely with customers and colleagues to provide the best solutions;
A flair for business is a bonus, but you certainly don’t need to be a hard-nosed salesperson. Above all, they’re looking for someone with sound commercial acumen and a customer-focused attitude.
Profile
Who are you?
You possess:
- A graduate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Insurance or Property;.
- School leavers are also very welcome. They are keen to invest in your training and development.
- Experience in a banking or insurance environment is, of course, an advantage;
You are:
- Administratively precise and organised;
- Customer-focused and a good communicator;
- Eager to learn and ambitious;
- A real team player;

Our client is a growing insurance firm with branches in Duffel and Puurs-Sint-Amands.
They offer a a very wide range of products and services in the field of non-life and life insurance. Their clients include private individuals, small businesses, and medium-sized and large companies.
Following the acquisition of several portfolios, they are further expanding their team and are looking for a new colleague. You’ll be joining an enthusiastic team where collaboration, flexibility and open communication are key;
