Corporate file manager
Function
As a file manager, you will be the point of contact for corporate clients with their insurance policies.
You follow up their file from start to finish. You build good relationships, give advice where you can and help them manage their insurance package.
- You are the first point of contact for customers and their permanent contact;
- You work independent to all administration around their insurance policies. You know the terms and conditions well and can adapt policies to the customer's needs;
- You ensure that all administrative tasks right and on time be implemented;
- You have Regular contact with customers and insurance companies;
- Your answers questions of customers and gives advice;
- Your provides actively work for that customers remain satisfied and that they renew their insurance policies with us;
- Your notices significant changes, opportunities or problems with customers and discuss them with your supervisor;
Profile
- You have a bachelor's programme, preferably within finance, insurance or law practice, or equivalent by experience;
- You have already work experience gained in the insurance sector, preferably with a broker,
- Knowledge of business insurance such as BA exploitation, fire, auto and workplace accidents is a big plus;
- You are customer-friendly, thinks along and actively seeking to the right solution;
- You can work independently and you work accurately, in a structured and solution-oriented way;
- You can work well with Excel and Word. Knowledge of our management application BRIO is a plus;
- You can express yourself clearly in the Dutch. Knowledge of English and French is nice;
