As an independent estate agent, we work with a range of insurance companies. This means we start by assessing the client’s situation and needs, and then look for a solution that meets those requirements.
The firm places great emphasis on providing a personalised service. Clients are assigned a dedicated point of contact and receive ongoing support in the event of a claim or if they have any other queries. Ongoing training and product knowledge are essential to ensuring clients receive the right advice.
