Insurance advisor

Function

As an Insurance Adviser, you will be the main point of contact for private customers, the self-employed and business owners. You will combine administrative follow-up with customer-focused advice and actively contribute to the further expansion of the insurance portfolio.

Your duties will include:

• Advising private clients, the self-employed and business owners on insurance solutions.
• Managing and drawing up BOAR insurance policies.
• Monitoring existing insurance files and client relationships.
• Preparing quotations and guiding customers towards the most suitable solution.
• To actively contribute to the further expansion of the client portfolio through commercial opportunities.
• Work closely with colleagues in the banking and insurance sectors to offer customers a comprehensive service.
• Helping to monitor claims and production files where necessary.
• Building a lasting relationship of trust with your customers.

Profile

You are a customer-focused insurance professional who enjoys taking on responsibility and feels at home in a local office where teamwork is key.

In addition, you possess:

• An initial relevant experience in the insurance sector.
• Experience in a bank or insurance office is a major asset.
• A good knowledge of BOAR insurance; experience with the self-employed would be an advantage.
• A commercial mindset without a pronounced sales mentality.
• A professional and customer-focused communication style.
• A hands-on approach and a sense of initiative.
• You enjoy working with colleagues and help to create a positive team atmosphere.
• Ideally, you should live in the region so that you can build a long-term working relationship.
