Insurance advisor

Function

As an SME Insurance Adviser, you will be the point of contact for businesses and the self-employed in the field of non-life insurance. You will analyse risks, develop bespoke solutions and build long-term client relationships.

Your responsibilities will include, amongst other things:

• Advising SME clients on professional indemnity insurance.
• Analysing risks and devising appropriate insurance solutions.
• Preparing, comparing and following up on quotations.
• Managing and optimising existing insurance portfolios.
• Maintaining long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and business leaders.
• Working alongside colleagues from various areas of expertise, such as lending and investments.
• Actively contributing ideas on optimisations and more efficient work processes.
• Continuously expand your professional knowledge so that you can always provide your clients with high-quality advice.

Profile

You have strong analytical skills, work independently and thrive in a commercial advisory role where trust is key.

In addition, you should recognise yourself in as many of the points below as possible:

• You have some initial relevant experience in the insurance or banking sector.
• Experience in the SME sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You have an analytical mind and enjoy delving into complex cases.
• You work independently and take responsibility.
• You communicate fluently and build trust easily.
• You have good social skills without being pushy.
• You have a hands-on mentality and think solution-oriented.
• Ideally, you live in the region and are looking for a long-term partnership.
• You are keen to continue developing your skills within the insurance sector.
