Insurance advisor
Function
As an Insurance Advisor, you will be the point of contact for private and business customers with enquiries regarding non-life insurance. You will build long-term customer relationships and ensure that customers receive accurate and personalised support.
Your duties will include:
- Advising clients on non-life insurance for private individuals and the self-employed.
- Drawing up new insurance files and monitoring existing policies.
- Tailoring insurance solutions to the customer’s needs.
- Working with colleagues in the banking and credit department to provide clients with comprehensive advice.
- Handle the administrative follow-up of cases.
- Identifying opportunities during client meetings and contributing ideas for suitable solutions.
- Contribute to the further development of the insurance department.
You’ll be working in a team where knowledge is shared and colleagues support one another spontaneously. There are no individual sales targets; the focus is on the collective result.
Profile
For this role, we are primarily looking for someone with the right attitude. Experience in the insurance sector is important, but we place at least as much value on motivation and a willingness to learn.
You recognise yourself in the following characteristics:
- You’re interested in insurance and advising customers.
- You work with attention to detail and take responsibility.
- You have excellent communication skills and find it easy to build trust.
- You’re a real team player who enjoys achieving results together with others.
- You show initiative and don’t just sit back and wait.
- You have a hands-on approach and enjoy learning new things.
- You work openly, honestly and transparently with your colleagues.
- Highly motivated school leavers are also eligible.
Organisation
You will be joining an independent branch that has grown significantly in recent years. The team currently consists of around ten staff members, each with their own area of expertise in banking, loans, investments and insurance.
What sets this employer apart is its family-like atmosphere and strong sense of teamwork. Rather than working towards individual sales targets, the focus is on shared ambitions. Colleagues help one another where necessary, and successes are celebrated together.
What’s more, the firm is constantly evolving. Thanks to a planned expansion and the continued growth of our insurance business, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape the firm’s future and further your own professional development.
Offer
You’ll be joining a stable company where you’ll be given the opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive working environment.
In addition, you can count on:
- A competitive salary commensurate with your experience and skills.
- Meal vouchers of €10 per day worked.
- A net expense allowance of €175 per month.
- A group insurance policy with an employer’s contribution of €125 per month.
- Hospitalisation insurance with no excess.
- The possibility of a company car.
- A flexible timetable within a 37.5-hour working week.
- 20 days’ leave, plus public holidays.
- Thorough training and guidance from experienced colleagues.
- A warm team atmosphere, including a monthly chips lunch, regular dinners and a strong focus on camaraderie.
