HVAC project leader

Function

As HVAC project leader You will oversee projects from the initial technical design right through to handover. You will help develop solutions for heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and ensure that every project is well-defined, feasible and of a high standard.

In this role, you will combine technical precision with the ability to coordinate people and planning effectively. You will be the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors and site workers, and will help monitor the progress of the works. Thanks to your oversight, projects will run efficiently, on schedule and with an eye for detail.

• Draw up and monitor technical dossiers from start to finish.
• Adapt, optimise or improve existing installations where necessary.
• Planning, monitoring and coordinating new HVAC installations.
• Acting as the main point of contact when communicating with customers, subcontractors and workers.
• Monitoring the planning, timing, quality and progress of the works.
• Contributing ideas for practical and sustainable solutions within each project.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for a motivated candidate with a keen interest in technology and project management. You do not need to have years of experience: a background in 3 to 6 years is ideal for someone who would like to develop in a role with responsibility.

You are someone who brings structure to a situation, communicates clearly and combines technical insight with a hands-on approach. You work meticulously, follow up on matters independently and maintain a clear overview, even when several parties are involved at the same time.

• Preferably a technical qualification in HVAC, electromechanics, air conditioning or equivalent experience.
• A keen interest in heating, ventilation and air conditioning.
• A basic understanding of, or some initial experience with, project monitoring would be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Good organisational skills and an eye for planning and timing.
• Able to interpret technical information correctly and translate it into action.
• Working independently, accurately and in a solution-oriented manner.

Experience with software or technical documentation is a bonus, but it’s your eagerness to learn, sense of responsibility and drive that really make the difference.
