HVAC project leader

Function

• You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of HVAC projects from start to finish.
• You will coordinate several construction sites simultaneously and oversee scheduling, quality, budget and safety.
• You will manage site managers, technicians and subcontractors and ensure smooth collaboration.
• You are the first point of contact for customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• You will monitor the implementation closely and take proactive action where necessary.
• You will attend site meetings and ensure that the necessary administrative follow-up is carried out correctly.
• You will mainly be working on multi-site projects for national chains in sectors including retail, logistics and warehouse construction.
• Depending on the projects, you will also be involved in refurbishment and renovation projects or challenging Design & Build schemes.

Profile

• You have at least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the HVAC or technical services sector.
• You are used to managing projects independently from start to finish.
• You have strong organisational and communication skills.
• You are solution-oriented and keep a clear overview, even when several projects are running simultaneously.
• You are flexible and can travel easily to sites in West and East Flanders.
• You enjoy working with clients as well as internal and external partners.
• You take responsibility and have a hands-on approach.
