Freelance project manager

Function

• Receiving and monitoring calculations within the planned budget.
• Critically assess partner prices and compare with the market.
• Ensure tight planning and cooperation with quality subcontractors.
• Daily monitoring of site progress.
• Supervise the construction process with attention to technical details.
• Effective communication with all stakeholders.
• Act as point of contact (SPOC) for the customer.
• Successfully completing each new assignment

Profile

• Demonstrable experience as a project manager in construction/project management.
• Eye for detail and quality, including timing and budget.
• Experience in shop interior design is a plus.
• Bilingualism in Dutch and French.
• A critical eye, stress resistance and efficiency.
• Working independently, proactively with clear communication.
• Ambition to grow together with the team.
• Being able to communicate fluently with customers and subcontractors is not a problem for you.

Organisation

A specialised company designs, manufactures and installs customised interiors and refrigeration systems for food specialists. The entire process - from interior design, in-house production in modern workshops to technical facilities such as electricity, air conditioning, lighting and refrigeration - is handled by one team. Professional on-site installation and finishing are also part of their services.
