Healthcare forwarder (Air)

Function

• Coordinating and organising international air freight shipments within the healthcare sector
• Booking transports and liaising with airlines and logistics partners
• Preparation and checking of transport and customs documents (such as AWB)
• Monitoring and tracking shipments (track & trace) and proactively resolving issues
• Managing temperature-controlled transports according to GDP guidelines
• Communicating with customers and internal departments and monitoring quality and deadline

Profile

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in freight forwarding, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of international transport regulations and customs legislation.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Experience with Cargowise is a plus.
